Our Governments stupidity knows no bounds. As if the risk of war, economic collapse and natural
disaster wasn’t enough, they decided that they should increase the likelihood of a major pandemic. The U.S. has in its infinite wisdom backed research that has created a version of the Avian Flu that is much, much more virulent and lethal; a “superbug”. It was done under the guise of “bio-defense” research and it was outsourced to another country.
This would be like the U.S. funding nuclear weapons “defense” in another country and outside of U.S. control where a partner country develops a much more powerful and lethal nuclear weapon; no difference. This is incredibly stupid and puts everyone in the world at risk.
For years I have heard conspiracy theorists claim that the U.S. created the AIDS virus and I have doubted it because: A) Why? and B) I never imagined anyone could be so arrogant and stupid; but now I am not so sure.
The U.S. government, with progressives like Cass Sunstein and John Holdron as well as the many governments around the world, subscribe to a Malthusian view that sees population growth as a burden to government and holds the environments well-being above that of mans. Maybe they figure this is the cure to that problem. How convenient it would be for those that subscribe to this view that our partner country mishandles the virus and it wipes out several hundred million people. The population would be decreased and the U.S. could consider itself blameless.
Yea, this is sort of a tin foil hat type of conspiracy theory but for the life of me I can see no other reason to create a superbug that has the potential to kill large numbers of human beings.
